About Simplexity

“There is this moment of transition…

when the old is still holding on and the new is pushing its way up and out.

The last vestiges of winter are fading, crumbling, shedding—and spring is pushing through with a steady, quiet determination.

There is beauty there. Beauty in the messiness of transition. Loveliness in the chaos of change.”

— Excerpt from There is Beauty by Lynne Bowman

Simplexity Coaching & Consulting was born at the intersection of chaos and clarity.

We exist for those standing at the edge of change, where the ground shifts unexpectedly— inviting you to activate your courage or be anchored by comfort.

Simplexity… activated.

There is loveliness in the chaos of change. Simplexity is when you appreciate the simple and embrace the complex. When you explore the complexity and extract the simple. When you shift with strength and softness between the intricate and the essential.

And you grow beyond your boundaries.

We Believe

  • You can't change what you can't see.

  • Transformation starts with awareness, not action.

  • Change happens in the discomfort zone.

That’s Simplexity.

Who we walk with

At Simplexity, we walk alongside changemakers who are ready to pause, reflect, and ask:

  • “How am I seeing what I see?”

  • “How am I thinking about what I think about?”

  • What else is possible?

If that’s you, then you’ve already begun.
