Leveraging many years as a senior leader, mentor and a PCC level certified coach, Dennis has helped senior executives, middle managers, and employees at all levels improve their job satisfaction and performance without neglecting their personal lives. He holds a master’s degree in Managerial Communication and genuinely enjoys motivating and inspiring people on a 1-1 basis. He has coached clients throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia.
Dennis has been the program developer and facilitator for various product safety management certificate courses held in partnership with the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business “Center for Supply Chain Management Studies” at St. Louis University. He has coached leaders at several universities including University of Texas at Austin, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Rutgers University, and Milwaukee Area Technical College. His clients have included a mix of educational leaders and senior administrators. As a previous senior manager with several federal government agencies, Dennis especially enjoys giving back by coaching Federal, State, and local public service executives and managers. He primarily coaches SES executives and GS-12/15 managers. Current and previous federal clients include: Federal Judicial Center, U.S. Veterans Administration, Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., Federal Reserve Bank, GSA, USDA, CPSC, NASA, and the Air Force. Dennis also served on the Board of Directors of The Coach Initiative, a non-profit organization that provides leadership coaching to support nonprofit initiatives worldwide.
