Lynn Bowman is an executive leadership coach specializing in embodied leadership. Her work is grounded in the belief that how we lead is shaped not only by what we think, but by how we show up—physically, emotionally, and relationally—especially under pressure. She works at the intersection of reflection, somatic awareness, and practice, helping leaders notice patterns, regulate their responses, and shift from reactivity to more intentional, grounded action. Through this process, leaders deepen self-awareness, reconnect to what matters most, and expand their capacity to lead with presence and impact.
