Judith believes strongly in the innate power of the individual and the diversity of thought. Everything that an individual needs to be successful is already contained within them, it just needs to be brought forth. By creating a safe, supportive, and challenging space, Judith works with her clients to challenge their ability to navigate the ambiguity of ‘not knowing’ and expand their leadership agility through thought-provoking questions designed to deepen emotional and conversational intelligence, and enhance self-awareness.
Judith’s coaching career spans the academic, non-profit, public, and private sector where she has coached leaders and their teams from all over the USA, Asia, and Europe. University experience includes individual leadership and executive coaching at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, University of Texas (Dallas). Partnered with Georgetown University Program and Academic Directors, and Faculty, in the design, development and delivery of Executive Leadership Coaching course content. Provided one-on-one leadership coaching to university leaders in a confidential, structured partnership that strengthened the leader’s ability to navigate the complexities of higher education.
Judith brings more than 31 years of experience as a C-Suite Executive (Senior Executive, SES) in the US Federal Government, with the last 16 years as a SES leading people and complex technical change initiatives related to the design and development of the new design (colored) US currency banknotes that facilitate commerce worldwide. Her leadership resulted in the design, development, and release of the new design $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 US Federal Reserve Notes.
After completing the roll-out of a suite of newly designed banknotes, Judith expanded her career portfolio and professional identity as an Executive Chief Diversity Officer and Equal Opportunity Officer for a geographically dispersed government organization. This challenged her ability to navigate the ambiguity of ‘not knowing’ and deepened her ability to coach those at this crossroads.
