Shana’s coaching career was not born out of frameworks or certificates, but from the real experiences of her own personal and professional journeys. These pivotal experiences give Shana a unique perspective on the external and systemic influences leaders must grapple with today. Shana's personal and professional journeys have gifted her a set of values rooted in empathy and understanding. These values are the bedrock of her coaching philosophy, the guiding light that undergirds her work with leaders across industries and sectors.
Shana brings more than 25 years of proven facilitation, leadership coaching, management consulting, and organizational change management experience. As a respected senior consultant and trusted advisor, representing top international management consulting firms, Shana has led multiple large-scale strategic and operational transformations, media, and internal communication campaigns, and change management implementations. Shana’s acumen and clients span the public and private sectors, both global and domestic. Shana has provided executive-level coaching and consulting to senior leaders at Department of Veterans Affairs, Cigna Healthcare, Department of Homeland Security, General Electric, Fannie Mae, Germanna Community College, National Fair Housing Association, Sprint PCS, Food & Drug Administration, and Patent and Trademark Office.
Shana also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member, Executive Coach, and Coach Mentor and Assessor at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies, Institute for Transformational Leadership, Leadership Coaching Program and Johns Hopkins University.
