Adam has experience coaching clients from across education, the federal government, private sector and non-profits. He works with them on improving their performance, leading others, driving change, creating an executive presence, navigating their career, and more.
Whether it is helping leaders take on greater roles and responsibilities, drive lasting, powerful change in their organizations, or increasing the impact and effectiveness of themselves and their teams, Adam’s coaching philosophy helps clients become stronger and more authentic versions of themselves to drive better performance and results. As a cancer survivor, he also has a focus on helping people reset and redefine their values, purpose, and goals after life-changing events.
LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENTS
Bringing twenty years of federal government and commercial consulting and coaching experience, Adam has worked with all levels of leadership across organizations large and small. Adam has experience coaching and leading leadership development workshops with Brown University’s School of Professional Studies, and also managed the application review processes and criteria, customer
journey experience and operational demands for the school’s ICF coaching certification program.
Additionally, he has led executive teams through team effectiveness engagements to build highly effective leaders and teams, leading to improved team dynamics, greater capacity for crucial conversations, and better overall performance, and has managed coaching programs and engagements for senior leaders and key talent.
