Maureen brings to the relationship 40 years of leadership experience, as a leader, practitioner, and scholar. She is different from other coaches because she has successfully navigated in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She understands the foundational knowledge of human interaction within the complicated context of the workplace. She believes that each person has potential that can be unleashed. Socialized barriers, stories we’ve told ourselves, and ingrained perceptions, limit this potential.
