The Inner Edge
MENTOR COACHING PROGRAM
Change the way you see. Change the way you coach.
Grow Beyond Your Boundaries
Transformational, presence-based coaching begins within. If you are a COACH who is committed to growth that reaches beyond the familiar and are ready to explore your inner world and how it shapes your coaching— this is your invitation.
The Inner Edge calls you inward—to reflect on how you make meaning of yourself, others, and the world—and outward toward your edge. Your growth edge is that powerful, quiet space where you meet the limits of your current worldview, where things feel unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or uncertain, where growth waits.

A Note About Mentor Coaching
Mentor coaching is designed to deepen your awareness, embodiment, and expression of the ICF core competencies. Our work together will focus on growth—expanding both capacity and skill, not grading. You will receive feedback and guidance to enhance your coaching; however, this does not guarantee that submitted recordings will be deemed “passing” by ICF. ICF maintains sole authority to determine credentialing outcomes.
