Patricia’s core mission is to support individuals to connect with the many facets of their inner and outer being, to thrive and to make a significant and sustainable difference in their own and others’ lives, contributing to building a flourishing society. Patricia brings a global mindset and international experience to the coaching engagement. Her work with clients includes a broad spectrum of domains such as adjusting to new work environments and challenges, promoting positivity in the workplace, inspiring and supporting leaders, cross-cultural relations and transitions, and a multitude of life situations. Patricia’s coaching approach is awareness-based which ensures long-term change both in perception and action, resulting in behavior change.
Over time, new ways of being, thinking and behaving can lead to personal and professional development amongst leaders. She uses reflective inquiry which initiates a shift in how people see themselves and the world, develop insights and new perspectives, leading to change. Embedded in her coaching is a focus on well-being through a strength-based approach, ontological coaching and positive psychology. She integrates practices that achieve personal and professional balance.
Patricia’s coaching career extends to federal agencies and the academic, non-profit, public, and private sectors where she has worked with educators, executives, managers, and leaders.
Patricia brings more than 23 years international experience in educational settings and private sectors and six years with private clients and executives since relocating to the USA. Additionally, she has worked as a coach, educator, and counselor at international schools in Spain, Jordan, Pakistan, and Switzerland with frequent travels to Japan and Serbia, working with clients. Patricia has coached leaders through the ICF Global Ignite Initiative which uses the collective power of ICF Chapters ‘Engaging Coaching for Humanity and the Planet’. Through pro bono coaching projects, the Ignite Initiative uses the collective power of ICF Chapters, Members and Credential holders to accelerate the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
