Simplexity Coaching & Consulting is pleased to submit this quote to design and facilitate a customized team development workshop for the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General, Office of Management and Policy, Budget Division on August 6, 2026.

The 75-minute workshop is designed to increase participants' awareness of the values and work preferences that influence communication and collaboration, deepen understanding of teammates' perspectives, and identify practical actions that support effective working relationships.

By the conclusion of the workshop, participants will:

• Increase awareness of the values and preferences that influence how they communicate, collaborate, and make decisions.

• Develop a greater understanding of teammates' perspectives, strengths, and working styles.

• Strengthen interpersonal trust and working relationships across the team.

• Identify practical behaviors and shared commitments that support continued team effectiveness.

Format

The engagement includes one virtual pre-workshop consultation to confirm objectives, participant needs, and logistics, as well as planning communications before the session.

The workshop will be facilitated in person on August 6, 2026, for approximately eight participants and will last 75 minutes. Simplexity Coaching & Consulting will provide one facilitator, workshop design, participant activities, and all facilitation materials.

Following the workshop, Simplexity will conduct a virtual consultation with the team leader to discuss key observations, themes, and recommendations that support the team's continued development. The client will provide the meeting space and any required audiovisual equipment.
