Kimberley Young is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with over a decade of experience helping professionals unlock their full potential. A former federal civilian with more than 22 years in government service—19 of those in leadership roles—she has held high-impact positions, including Supervisory Agent in Charge and Deputy Inspector General. With expertise in personnel security, leadership development, and strategic problem-solving, Kimberley brings a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and professional growth.
